Smoke-Free Hotel

Our hotel adheres to a strict no-smoking policy in all areas to ensure a healthy and comfortable atmosphere for all guests. Therefore, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel, including rooms, balconies and bathrooms.

Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am.

Should you arrive before check-in time, we will be happy to store your luggage in our free storage room while you wait for your room to be ready.

In case of an expected arrival after midnight, please inform us in advance in order to better arrange your check-in. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, ensuring that you can access your room even at late hours. The hotel’s convenient location, just a 4-5 minute walk from the central train station, makes our hotel easily accessible even for those arriving by train.

Late check-out service is available upon request and subject to confirmation by the Front Desk. A surcharge is expected and defined at the time of request.

We provide free storage for your luggage, which can be used both before check-in and after check-out, so you can move freely without the encumbrance of luggage.

Our breakfast buffet, served from 7:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., offers a rich variety of sweet and savory items to satisfy all tastes. We have paid special attention to special dietary needs, with a wide selection of products for lactose intolerant people and a corner dedicated to “gluten free” products.

If you arrive by car, you can take advantage of a garage that has an agreement with us that provides CAR VALET service. The service includes car pick-up and drop-off directly at the hotel at a cost of 30€ per day (drop-off after 7:00 am and pick-up by midnight). Insurance is included in the price.

Alternatively, you can park in Piazza Oberdan, just a few meters from the hotel, where you will find paid public parking spaces (1€/hour) from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. On Sundays and during night hours parking is free.

Another option is the “Foro Ulpiano 1” public parking lot under the courthouse, which is open 24 hours a day with a cash machine.

The hotel provides two parking spaces on Via Galatti, which can be used exclusively for loading and unloading luggage, with a permitted parking time of thirty minutes. Coming from Via Carducci, it is necessary to turn left onto Via Galatti.

The two reserved places, identifiable by the yellow stripes, are located on the right side, immediately after the crosswalks and at the foot of a sign with the hotel’s name on it.

Tourist tax is collected exclusively on site at a cost of 3.00 euros per night per adult person, up to a maximum of 15.00 euros for continuous stays of 5 nights. Any exemptions will be verified upon arrival and check-in.

If you would like an invoice, please provide us with the company name, full address, VAT number, and Unique Tax Identification (SDI) number when making your reservation or at check-in.

We welcome your pets of small and medium size. There is a daily surcharge of 10.00 euros. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room during service from 07:15 am to 10:00 am.

We offer a bicycle storage service inside our offices, with a maximum capacity of 4 places. The cost is 3.00 euro per day per bicycle. To ensure availability, you must request and obtain confirmation of the service by email prior to arrival.

For washing your laundry, you can take advantage of our outside laundry service. Simply drop off your garments at the front desk by 9:00 a.m., or request pickup directly from your room. There is a charge for this service and it operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

To ensure a cozy and refined environment, all our rooms have parquet floors.

To meet the needs of our guests, we offer free, high-speed Wi-Fi, available in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.

Our rooms are located from the first to the fourth floor of an elegant, listed historic building. To reach the elevator from the reception floor, it is necessary to climb nine steps. Unfortunately, this architectural feature limits accessibility for guests with reduced mobility. We invite you to contact us directly to evaluate together the most suitable solution for your needs and ensure a comfortable stay.

In case you have forgotten a personal item during your stay, please contact our hotel immediately. Our staff will be happy to check the availability of the item and store it pending your recovery.

If it is not possible for you to return in person, we offer a shipping service through partner LHost. Here’s how it works:

  • Communication: Send us an email describing the lost item.
  • Confirmation: If the item is found, we will confirm availability.
  • Shipping: You will receive an email from LHost containing a link. Through this link, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method, check the cost, and make payment.
  • Organization: LHost will arrange shipping and delivery of the item directly to you.

This service ensures efficient and safe handling of lost items, giving you peace of mind that your belongings will be found.

If the guest does not arrive by the scheduled check-in time without prior notice, the reservation will be considered void.
